The goal was to find a Mechanical Engineer with the right qualifications and experience to fill the role. Process: TekCube began by researching the industry and understanding the specific needs of the client. We identified the most important qualifications and experience that the ideal candidate would need to possess in order to be successful in the role. We then created a job description based on these qualifications and posted it on our website and other job boards. We received dozens of applications and narrowed down the list to 10 candidates. We conducted initial phone screens with each of the candidates to determine their interest level, experience, and qualifications. We then invited the 5 most qualified candidates to a face-to-face interview. After the interviews, we identified the top 3 candidates and presented them to the client. The client chose the candidate that they felt was the best fit for the role and TekCube was able to successfully place the Mechanical Engineer.
TekCube was able to successfully place a Mechanical Engineer at the large manufacturing company. The candidate has been in the role for several months and is performing well. The client is very pleased with the results and is already looking to TekCube for help with additional hiring needs.
